I understand that sometimes plans can change unexpectedly, but please remember when you book an appointment you are reserving both myself and my studio, therefore the following cancellation policy applies-

• A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for cancelling your appointment otherwise a cancellation charge of 50% of the appointment will be made and added to your next booking, unless I can fill the appointment.

• No show/missed appointments or same day cancellations will incur a full appointment charge.

​

• If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment will be time reduced if possible, but may still be charged the full appointment price. 

       

•  If you have to cancel late due to Covid-19 symptoms, you will not be charged.
