Each massage is tailored to your body's requirements on the day, whether it's to ease tension and tightness in the muscles, or purely for relaxation.

I will use massage techniques from around the world, such as the 

deeper flowing Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, the energising Thai and some sports massage techniques if required.

Alternatively if its total relaxation you are looking for then a gentler Swedish massage will be used.
